I've been using MySpace and Facebook for a couple of years, but mostly for friends and family. As my client and associate base grows, I'm expanding. I've pretty much stopped using MySpace (I find Facebook far more user-friendly and it seems that many, many more people my age use it vs. MySpace), but I'm still active on Facebook, so...
I've added a Facebook badge and a Twitter badge to my blog. Along with following my blog you can also keep up to date with me via my Facebook and Twitter. Facebook in particular has many pictures from our every-day life (many of which my wife puts up on her blog + her Facebook as well).
